This six-week webinar series will give participants tools and a framework for a deep, transformational approach to nonviolent activism. With a focus on addressing the root cause of violence and our collective crisis this experiential training will help you play your unique role in the healing of our world without getting overwhelmed. Holding the big picture of our predicament and the energy that can transform it, you’ll find more clarity, ease, and open heartedness in every aspect of your life.

Facilitated by Scott Brown, a visionary peacemaker who bridges the divides between psychology and spirituality, the personal and the political, nature and mindfulness, contemplation and activism. He is the author of Active Peace: A Mindful Path to a Nonviolent World and cohost of the Restoration Dialogues podcast. He is a transformational life coach and trainer who has applied his skills as a restorative justice facilitator and program coordinator, a divorce mediator, a wilderness rites of passage guide, a meditation instructor, and as a mentor to youth both in and out of the criminal justice system. Scott also spent 15 years as a professional campaigner with organizations including Greenpeace and the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society.
