LEARNING APPROACH
The training is resolutely interactive. All of the methods referred to below are used. Participants learn through experience: how to define objectives and announce them, use stimuli, place breaks, design sessions (warm-up, integration, closure …).
THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
It consists of a four-day module.
The content of the module may be adapted to suit participants’ actual needs.

• Stress and relaxation
• Feelings and learning
• Whole-brain learning
• Planning and preparing a training
• Recommendations for business trainings
TARGET AUDIENCE
This training is open to any person who:
• has attended at least 5 days of NVC training
• wishes to learn how to set up a wise training structure und how to create meaningful learning units
• wants to apply the findings of the biology and psychology of learning
THE VENUE
Lama Tzong Khapa Institute is a Tibetan Buddhist center located in the heart of Tuscany (Italy). We offer regular courses on Buddhism, meditation, and many other topics, all aimed at the development of the human qualities of kindness, compassion, and wisdom.

KLAUS KARSTÄDT
Klaus has been a freelance trainer in adult education since 1988, and even before his encounter with Nonviolent Communication in 1996, he led train-the-trainer courses and seminars on communication and conflict management in organizations. Since 2000, he has worked together with Marshall Rosenberg as a certified trainer in ten CNVC International Intensive Trainings (IITs) and served for three years as a board member of CNVC. In addition to the spread of Nonviolent Communication in companies, schools, hospitals and other social institutions, his passion is in the area of training trainers and coaches. He also likes playful ways of learning and has developed tools and an NVC board game to bring fun to the learning process.
He has offered trainings in many different countries in Europe, the USA, Palestine, the Philippines and India and participants like his clarity and his ability to combine structure and heart.
