These calls offer interactive time, not “lecture”. I specialize in empathic phone connection; co-creating ease in how we proceed, facilitating flow and offering support. We will learn through demonstration and experience in full-call and breakout groups during the call. There is also a group online and all call recordings available for all the participants.
We will learn Key Empathy Skills that are practical, reliable and usable in your daily life. Individual’s various levels of confidence and competence enrich our exchanges as we experience the community on the full call and as we partner with others right within the call to practice Key Empathy Skills. We experience empathic presence as we are together. Words don’t teach! Join the call and your experience can lead to increasing peace of mind in challenging situations and with difficult people. If you are on the CNVC Certified Trainer path, these 12 hours can serve as part of your work with certified trainers, as you will be learning and practicing key empathic skills with the facilitation of Mair Alight, Center for Nonviolent Communication Certified Trainer Coach.
