Starting with the understanding that the primary violence in our world is structural and expressed in systems of oppression, the training will invite participants to learn and practice a variety of active nonviolence skills, including strategies to challenge and interrupt the intimidation and harassment that have escalated since the election. The training will also explore the     efficacy of peace teams, offering those who complete the   training opportunities to join MPT domestic peace teams and apply to serve on international teams. This training is being sponsored by Michigan Coalition for Human Rights.
