New Depths is a groundbreaking approach that at last makes it possible to heal the persistent patterns of pain and dysfunction that are the heritage of unresolved childhood pain and trauma, including anxiety, painful relationships, reactivity, and addiction.
In the Intensive Program, Susan and Sarah have integrated the latest discoveries in brain science, trauma treatment, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to create a uniquely effective program that literally rewires our brain and restores our birthright of well-being.
The Intensive Program is delivered over a nine-month period, and includes:
- Three week-long residential retreats in a pastoral setting outside of Portland, OR
- January 20-27, 2017 – WEEK ON ATTACHMENT
- May 19-26, 2017 – WEEK ON HUMAN PATTERNS (Depression, Anxiety, Addiction)
- Nov. 3-10, 2017 – WEEK ON REACTIVITY
- One hour-long individual consultation with Susan Skye
- Monthly in-depth empathy conference calls facilitated by Sarah and recommended weekly empathy buddy calls that provide ongoing access to the transformational power of a resonant, compassionate community throughout the entire 9-month program
- Monthly Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) teleseminars with Sarah on subjects like healing attachment, self-compassion, sensitivity, addiction, & more
