This two-day training will provide firsthand experience with Peace Circles. Participants will learn about the values that under-gird the circle process, theoretical underpinnings, key components, core principles, and practical uses for the circle process. The peace circle process is a restorative practice that draws from both ancient practices and modern processes to create trust, intimacy, goodwill, belonging, generosity, and reciprocity. The circle process is a powerful approach to build strong relationships, hold authentic dialogues and bring about what Dr. Martin Luther King called the beloved community.
