This is the first session in a series of three presentations on how Peace is Powerful (the others are on April 10 and 17). This session focuses on : Nonviolence from A to Z:  A simple model for understanding conflict and conflict management; useful ways to think about peace, violence, and nonviolence; A glimpse of tools for making peace with your body (physical wellness), your mind (mental wellness) your family and community and engaging your enemies.  All sessions are presented by Dr. John Reuwer who is a medical doctor and adjunct professor of nonviolent conflict resolution who has been teaching alternatives to violence for 30 years.  He is currently in Harrisburg PA to address the high incidence of street violence.
