Join Sarah for her annual FREE demo teleseminar. This year we will step into the territory of healing and differentiating entangled nervous systems with Sacred Vow Work. How do nervous systems become entangled? The research of Beatrice Beebe shows that at 4 months of age we have already internalized our mother’s constraints on emotional expression. On this subject, Gabor Mate says “What we actually feel guilty about as adults is our incapacity to meet our parents’ needs when we were 9 months old.” We may not necessarily want to retain those constraints and patterns. We can find the remnants of these patterns in our self-destructive or self-sabotaging behaviors as adults. But how can we shift such deeply integrated non-verbal habits? Sacred Vow work allows us to touch on and bring healing to contracts we were involved in before we even had words.
