2-day workshop on Interpersonal Neurobiology and NVC
with Sarah Peyton
Saturday & Sunday, January 14-15, 2017
10 until 5pm
Vancouver, BC
Do ever find that you are harder on yourself than on others? Does your longing for perfection stop you from taking action at all? Would you like to understand the purpose and intention of the self-critical voice? Would you like support in transforming the self-critical voice?
Join Sarah Peyton for a public workshop that explores the new concept of our brain’s automatic patterning, the default network, and how to nudge it toward self-compassion. Participants will:
- Identify the voice of your default network
- Identify and work with the implicit as it arises in our thoughts
- Detoxify the critical voice
- Understand the contribution that trauma makes to a savage default network
- Take steps toward self-compassion
Space is limited. Please register by emailing Mika ehmehm13@hotmail.com
